TESTING

Measuring has a lot to do with trust. We want to find out something about the condition of a sample or thing and must trust that we are choosing the right measuring equipment and using it correctly. You as a customer can trust that we know what we are doing and that we are not satisfied with every result without criticism.

Friction: It is a great challenge to determine the friction value between two components exactly. Many an experiment therefore fails at the very beginning. We know how to determine the friction coefficient between two bodies exactly.
The infrastructure in our laboratory allows us to precisely measure practically any physical parameter in any time and value resolution.

Tensile testing machines are used primarily to investigate force-displacement relationships. We measure forces from 0.01N to 10kN.
In addition, there are a variety of physical quantities that we measure to ultimately test phenomena and the performance of products. We measure torque, pressure, vacuum, velocity, acceleration, elasticity, mass, leaking, length and many more. Tightness highly verified.

In many cases, we are looking for answers to the question of whether a product is fit for practical use and will retain this condition during its service life. And not just one of them but that is also ensured over the production of entire lots. To answer this question, we work with stress in connection with characteristic tests such as torque or density hit, which tell us whether there is enough statistical certainty to ensure robustness. Such stress factors are light, humidity, temperature high, temperature low, dryness, shocks.
